inventit3d Annual Competition 1st round results.

Out of 300k  (Thats a lot!) initial entries into our yearly competition we saw 100 inventions that clearly stood out to our judges. Those who made the top 100 list have been contacted informing them that they have made it to round two of the competition, and the requirements they must meet to move to phase three. Out of those 100 entries, we would like to give special recognition to our top five contestant teams who, we believe showed us inventions that truly went above and beyond in the request for a new product that had nearly unlimited applications. Those 5 teams are ranked as follows:

We believe that all 100 contestants show immense promise and all have a fair chance to win the competition, however these top 5 teams have really "wowed" our judges with their initial entries in terms of polished designing and, significant variety off application that their individual designs promise. The next cut off date is November 20th at which point all contestants must supply a finished prototype of their design in the material of which it is intended to be made and, the corresponding top 3 applications for it's usage.
